Hot on the heels of her fiery new album, "Fortune", Sapphira Vee has recruited a collection of incredible LGBTQ+ and female talent to remix the single "Stand Together", that also has a guest feature from Veronica Tam. Featuring Morgue VVitch, Wandering Whispers, Eva X, UniMango, and Stabbed by Prongs, each artist takes their turn on reshaping the song, and effectively reigniting the spark of unity that the song was written to represent. UniMango and Eva X bring seriously danceable dark EBM and pop influenced industrial beats to the mix, while Morgue VVitch brings their signature sludgy and surreal darkness, lending a decidedly sinister tone that says "mess with one, and be hexed by all". Stabbed by Prongs offers their remix with the bass pumped up to 11, synthesizers that will get you on your feet, and a beat that is to die for. Ending the EP is Wandering Whispers airy and ethereal rendition that is heavy on the instrumentals, allowing Sapphira's vocals to take a bit of a backseat, creating a beautiful hypnotic effect as the composition lulls you into a trance that you will wish never ends, sticking with you well after the song is finished. Each artist does such an amazing job, one would swear that this song was written for them. But really, no matter what group of outcasts you belong to, however marginalized you may be, this song was written for you; make no mistake of that. So get up, unite, and resist!
