Dark and seductive, just as their name implies, electronica duo Die Sexual have unveiled their brand new EP, "Inservio". With themes of surrendering yourself, submission, and devotion, "Inservio" is provocative across its three songs, with the instruments and composition driving the point of Rosselinni's seductive vocals home beautifully. Each song is an exercise in minimalist electronica/EBM; gorgeous synthesizers and electronics intertwined with the steady beat, but lacking the pretension and grandiosity often found in more mainstream artists. "Lights Down Low" is a sure-fire club banger, and would be perfect for any fetish themed night. "Need To Sin" is a perfect showcase of Rosselinni's vocal prowess as well as the range Anton Florio has in producing perfectly composed atmospheres and soundscapes. Closing track, "House of God" puts the minimalist approach on full display, showing influences from Boy Harsher, and is the perfect way to end the EP; giving us a taste, leaving the listener thirsting for more. Lush, and darkly seductive, "Inservio" is that tall, beautiful stranger in the shadowy corner of the room that you are intrigued by, but too scared to talk to...and they just so happen to be looking right at you.
Standout Track: "Need To Sin".
